My Bio
I was born in a small town in Northeast Ohio. My family and I moved to
Los Angeles, California when I was 11.
After graduating high school in Downey, CA, I joined the Army. Upon completion of 4 months of
Combat Engineer and Airborne training in Missouri and Georgia, I was sent to a small post in Wildflecken,
Germany. During my 4 years in Germany I was able to travel around Europe and experience many
different cultures. I also made good use of my time by obtaining an associate degree.
Many historical events took place while I was a soldier. When I first arrived in January of 1989, one of our
jobs was to guard the East-West German border. It was very exciting to witness the opening up of the border
when the Berlin Wall was taken down in November of 1989.
In 1991 my unit (54th Engineer Battalion) was part of another historical event when we were sent to
Desert Storm. To learn about how we lost one of our soldiers, CPL Douglas Fielder,

After my Army service, I accomplished another challenge and earned a bachelor degree in Computer
Information Systems from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. After working as a Senior
Web Developer in California for 8 years, I decided to move back to my home state of Ohio in 2006.
I now live in a great city called Solon which is a suburb of Clevelend.
The tools I use to develop web applications include VB.Net, C#, ASP.Net, SQL,
HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ASP, XML, VB6, and Photoshop.
